Good day today. Decided to get my fat arse down to the gym. Overcame the barrier of Oh My God I Can’t Do This. Quite painless compared with bad previous experiences with Virgin and the like. A place frequented by twenty something gym bunnies who think it hillarious to see forty somethings in agony! Now I have realised that my visits to the local council run gym will be because I want to go and not because it’s expected of me.
